Mandel Gagnon

My name is Mandel Gagnon, and I was born in June 1979.

I began my military career in 1998, enlisting in the reserves in Saint John, NB, as a Signals Operator. In 2001, I transferred to the Regular Force as a Combat Engineer after completing my QL3 training.

I was first posted to Petawawa, where I spent eight years, including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2008. In 2009, I was stationed at CFB Suffield before finishing out my 20-year career at CFB Gagetown from 2012 to 2018.
